We are currently investing in niche manufacturing, industrial services and consumer durables. Retaining the management team is a key requirement. We are interested in businesses that maintain a consistent record of profitability and have good relationships with their employees and community.

Investment Criteria

• Annual EBITDA between $5M-$12M
• Businesses in the $40M-$100M range (enterprise value)
• Gross margins > 40%
• Headquartered in U.S./Canada
• Recurring revenue
• Diverse customer base
• Minimal government regulation/compliance environment
